Because our reports are AI-generated and delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@yourloveprint.com and we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
